OBJECTIVE
Obtaining a challenging position that will allow me to use my education and experience to expand my skills in special events and/or photography.
SUMMARY
I have more than 10 years of experience in Special Events, where I have learned every aspect of the event planning. I am responsible, reliable, intuitive, creative, innovative and overflowing with ideas. I have all the necessary skills and education to get started on my career on event planning. I work well alone or as a member of a team. My duties have been extensive and I handle the responsibility well. I have organized concerts, tours at different cities with multi artist show, weddings, fashion shows as well as many other events. I was in charge of total show production, event planning, press media, travel, event itinerary logistics, accommodations, supervising catering, accounting, payroll, show and stage design (which includes the design of intelligent lighting, special effects and pyrotechnics), technical direction, public relation, marketing strategies of show, graphic design, manage the production crew, and supervision during event.

I
was hired for a month job in which I had to be able to organize the
Gala Awards Party after the Gala Awards Ceremony of the “1st
Annual
Artivist Film Festival, Merging Art & Activism For Global
Consciousness” taking place at The Egyptian Theater in Hollywood,
April 27th.
Duties include hiring contractors for all the necessities of the
event, planning and coordinating from top to bottom the party.

Duties
include organizing events such as concerts, weddings, fashion shows,
tours, corporate and commercial parties, and grand openings. I took
full responsibility for many of these events from inception through
presentation including initial financing, design of event, hiring
contractors and other support personnel. Clients included Mercedes
Benz, Hyundai, Aquafresh, Hyatt Regency Hotel Santiago, BellSouth
(cell phone), large shopping malls (in Chile) among many others.
While I was employed at the jobs below I continued to work freelance
